Looking for information on John Bryan of Toberkevin and Mary Dunn of Johnstown, Hollywood, Wicklow. They were married on 6 Aug 1833, recorded in Ballymore Eustace RC records. She was the daughter of Michael and Sarah Dunn of Johnstown, Hollywood, Wicklow.
Other children of Michael and Sarah Dunn were William, Michael, Peter, James, and Christopher. William, Michael, Mary and Peter went to America. James and Christopher seem to have stayed in Johnstown, where they appear in Griffiths Valuation on the same land that was listed for Michael Dunn in the Tithe Applotment books about fifteen years earlier.
John Bryan died before 1855 in either Dublin or England. Mary Dunn O'Brien then married a McCabe and had a son, Peter McCabe. The widow brought her younger children to America to join her older children who had emigrated earlier. She is buried with her children in Elkader, Clayton County, Iowa.
