I am researchng the Kehoe family, my great grandfather William Kehoe was born in 1841 County Carlow.  William arived in Australia in 1869.  William's parents were John Kehoe and Anne Clowry. I am trying to find a birth for John Kehoe, i've been told that he was born 1823 in Nurney, Carlow and his parents were John Henry Kehoe and Margaret Blanchfield.  Any information would be appreciated, particularly John (1823) birth or baptism.  Thanks in advance, Patricia.

    I think that I may have been given the wrong information regarding the birth and parents of John Kehoe, I was told he was born 823.  My John Kehoe married Anne Clowry in Tinryland, Co. Carlow on 21 Nov 1839 and they had a son William in 1841.  The John Kehoe baptised (or born) in 1833 can't be him, unless he was around ten years of age at baptism.  Thanks again for trying to solve my puzzling ancestors for me.  I will keep on trying to find the right person.
