Looking for ancester who may have the name Austin Kearney Saville. Austin and Kearney are very strong names in the family having several USA generations with the name, the first known is 1800's. Since then there have been 4 or 5 generations using this name.
I am hoping that there is a connection in Ireland. There is a disconnect between my Austin Kearney Saville and one of the first Saville's came to Pennsylvania.

Hi,
Thanks for your message.
You can use the Irish Times surname database to see what surnames were recorded in Ireland during the mid-1800?s:
http://www.irishtimes.com/ancestor/surname/index.cfm?fuseaction=Go.&UserID=

Most of this info is taken from Griffith?s Valuation which gives you slightly more info sa it gives forenames and parish name. For example here is a closer look at the Savilles:
You could also check the earlier land record known as the Tithe Applotment Books (1823-38) to see if the names were recorded and where.

And the later census records of 1901/1911:
