I've had a look in the parish records and there is no baptismal records for Mary Minihan , I did find a single marriage record for a Mary Minihan and James Bourke 08 oct 1838  sp Michael Bateman and Mary Frail .

This was the only mention of the name Minihan that i can find in the records .

Thanks much Aine. Yes, i have had no luck with her baptismal record. On her headstone it says she is a native of Abington, County Limerick.

The marriage record is correct!
