I searched under Bridget which is likely her formal first name rather than Delia. I looked at the 1901 census and found a 6 year old in Co. Leitrim. Do you know her parents names or sibling names?

Roger,

I have no further info at this time regarding Delias details in Ireland. I only have info going forward in America. Some of her husbands info and then their children but its all in America. All records I have obtained so far (census, childrens birth records, etc.) only list Ireland as place of birth. Thank you for the information on this Bridget. I will research her further and if you have anything else please let me know.

If Delia/Bridget came in through Ellis Island, the ship manifest record will likely have a name of her contact in Ireland and a location. www.ellisisland.org  The contact info back home started around 1906 and Delia probably came over after 1906. Even if she came into Boston, you may be able to find a ship record that would give you clues.

I searched the Irish census and there is no James McGourty with wife Annie who also has a daughter Bridget born around 1894, did you check if the whole family maybe imigrated ?

This is her

Birth place Ennistymon, county Clare, this does not make much sense with her 1913 marriage that took place in January 1913 in the USA but is does seem to be her, father James McCourty mother Mary McPartland . Father James was born in 1852 Dowra County Cavan and her mother also in 1852 Dowra, Cavan .  To check if this is the correct Delia, do you know if she had a daughter Patricia Flanagan from her marriage to Patrick James Flanagan , Patricia was born in 1920 Worcester, MA

It is possible that there is another Delia who married to Mr Moisio, do you know the name of Delia's husband ????
