My gradmother Catherine O'Connor lived in West Leam. I am interested in any O'Connor decendents who would have family history. I have a Holiday scheduled for 2013 and would like to connect and research. Catherine born in 1893

I believe Michael, Thomas and James all stayed in Ireland. Catherine, Patrick and Mary came to America in the 20's

My Grandmother was born 19 December 1893 and lived at House 11 West Leam. I believe her parish was in Oughterard.
Her mother was Mary Connelly born in 1850 from Rusheeney
Her father was born Patrick O'Connor 1834?
I will be visiting in September of 2013 and wanted to see if any decendents of the O'Connor clan were still in the area. Would like to visit the Catholic Church and cemetery of the area.
