Looking for John Sullivan/Annie O'neill. Emmigrated to Michigan abt 1868-1870. Had three children there. Johanna (1872), John J. (1876), Michael (1978). Went back to Ireland abt 1885. Had two more children in Ireland: Mary and Ellen. Ellen emmigrated to US (year unkown). Michael, at seventeen, came back to US (Montana) 10 years later abt 1895. Would like to know if anyone has any information on this family.

Both surnames and first names are very common in Ireland ,so common that there are 8 marriage records for couples with the same names, this is going to be a difficult one.
There is even a Donald O'Sullivan baptised in county Waterford in 1855, parents John Sullivan mother Anne O'Neill, too early to be your relatives
Did they family only live in Michigan before the returned to Ireland?
