I located the church marriage record of Sarah Codd and James Brewer on September 17, 1855 in Kilbeggan RC church. I then searched for a baptismal record for Sarah on the subscrption site Roots Ireland but there were no records for all of Co. Westmeath. Possibly she was baptized in a parish that does not have records back to 1835 or earlier or maybe she was born in a different county. However, her parents names would be needed to confirm a reocrd located in another county.

Thanks Roger ,but i know absolutely nothing of her family members, nothing comes up on ancestry on her ,ill just need to keep looking ,thanks again for your help its greatly appreciated Peter

Sorry to bother you again Rodger ,but would Sarah not be related to the Codds that had at one point the distillery that is in the town ? , Peter .

I read up on the Kilbeggan distillery. The RC records for Kilbeggan go back to 1818 and I found baptismal records for three sons of a William Codd in Kilbeggan records (1832-1837) but no Sarah.
