Elizabeth married James Frazier before 1837.  They had at least 2 sons John born 1837-1838 and James born 1839 at Longford County per the New York Immigrant Savings Bank.  Between 1953-1955 Elizabeth and these 2 sons immigrated to New York City.  Apparently Elizabeth's husband died before they immigrated.  The son James is my great grandfather.  He married Eliza Matthews also born in Ireland 1840.  I am seeking the names of Elizabeth O'Rourke's parents and Eliza Matthews parents.

    Welcome to ireland Reaching Out!

I assume your ancestors were Roman Catholic? I searched the subscription site Roots Ireland and was not able to locate the marriage record or the baptismal records for John and James. There are six RC parishes in Co. Longford that do not have records back to 1839 so possibly the Fraziers attended one of those parishes.

I searched for Eliza Mathews baptismal records in 1840 and found two records which are below. I need to mention that Roots Ireland does not have all available church records in Ireland and many parishes may not have records back to 1840. Also, it is possible that Eliza was born in a year earlier or later than 1840.
