In September 2013 I fulfilled a lifetime dream, to walk the walk of my ALGAR ancestors in Drogheda. "Reaching out" for a local friend on this Website I was contacted by Pat O'Halloran who really made me feel at home (though he wasn't there) when I visited. With the help of the many other warm, and friendly locals I met, I was able to locate the grave of some of my ancestors buried, (in the 1800s), in the grounds of St Peter's C of I, I will certainly return, before I die in Australia, to the beautiful and historical town of Drogheda. I cannot thank you enough.
