Great Great Grandparents

Looking for any additional info or any other descendants in Ireland or elsewhere of this Roman Catholic family - Patrick Kane and Elizabeth kane.

Here is what I have:
Margaret Jane Kane baptised 21/04/1842   Father Patrick Kane   Mother Elizabeth Kelly
Sponsors John Kane and Rose Kelly (I believe Margaret’s maternal aunt and paternal uncle).
Rev G Dempsey   0 2 0

Rose Kane baptized 10/09/1843     Father Patrick Kane     Mother Elizabeth Kelly
Sponsors Daniel Kane and Rose Kelly
Rev G Dempsey 0 2 0

I also have a marriage record of a
Patrick KEANE and Elizabeth Kelly married on 02/05/1841 by Rev G Dempsey 1 0 0
Witnesses Loughey McCurdy and Mary McCurdy
Parish District Moyle

But not 100% sure this is correct due to the Keane / Kane discrepancy.

The Kane family migrated to Philadelphia before 1850.
Margaret Kane is my Great Grandmother.
Would love to correspond with other descendants or have any info beyond this.
