Hi

I wonder if I could be put into the right setup to put me into Hanlons of Rattoo/Ballyduff are of Kerry.

At present my profile shows Armagh and I would like to focus on the Kerry Hanlons.

Thanks,

Ken

    Want to join a parish?

Please remember you must first join the Parish Group or page as it is sometimes referred to, before you can start posting.

    ? Login to the website.

? To join the Parish Group/page, select from the top menu bar the option ?Find My Parish?

? This will take you to the ?Where do I Start? section. There are 3 options to select your parish:

    First Option:

? If you know the name of the civil Parish, enter it into the green selection bar titled ?Find A Group/Parish?, then click the word ?Search? on the right hand side.

? This will display a page showing a list of parishes of that name, together with the counties in which they are located. Chose the parish you want by clicking on the name of the parish.

? The Parish ?Welcome to...(Name of ) ? page will then be displayed.

    Second Option

? Alternatively, if you know the province, county and the parish ? again on the ?Where do I Start? page ?scroll down the

page to the section heading ?I know the Province, County and Civil Parish my ancestors come from?

? In each of the three drop down boxes make your selection by clicking on the corresponding names in each box.

? Click on the ?CONNECT? button

? This opens the ?Welcome to (Name of ) Parish ? page .

    Third Option

? Using the ?Where do I Start? page again - if you know the name of the county in which the parish is located, scroll down to the section heading ?I know the county my Irish ancestors came from? and from the drop box select your county.

    ? Click the? Connect? button

? The county page now displayed will provide a listing of all civil parishes in that county.

? To choose the parish click on the Parish name.

? This again takes you to the ?Welcome to (Name of ) Parish ? page .

On the ?Welcome to.....? Parish page, select the orange JOIN button on the right hand side and then reconfirm your wish to join by selecting the green JOIN button on the following page.

You are now a member of that Parish Group (page) and message board.

(If for any reason when you reach the ?Welcome to...? page above and you do not see the orange JOIN button, this indicates that you may have in fact joined that Group already, so you can proceed to leave your message.)
