My ancestors in Co. Cavan include:
Catherine McKiernan, b.1813 Co. Cavan (Cordonaghy?)- 21 Feb 1859 Prov., RI (Powder Horn/Flint Lock area). Arrive NYC during April 1837 and married John Quigley in NYC on 19 Sept 1839, probably at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Five children.
Catherine's parents: Hugh (c.1770- 7 Nov 1833 Cordonaghy, Cavan) McKiernan and Bridget LNU (c.1770 - after 1833).
