Limerick - Ballyhahill or Loughill

My relatives were in the Ballyhahill or Loughhill (spelling may be wrong) area of county Limerick.  Can anyone help with

a parish?  1820's .  Left for Canada in 1850.

Winifred Condon, daughter of ??? and Catherine Condon.  Birth `1826 == = need Condon's first name and siblings of Winifred.  Catherine later (a widow) married John Stanley and they too went to US/Canada

Patrick Houlahan (Houlaghan) birth 1813/14,   married Winifred Condon and moved to Canada.  Patrick was friends with the O'Shaughnessy family.  He spoke of the beauty of the Shannon River, but mostly when full of liquor.
