I had a look on Roots Ireland but couldn't see a marriage record for Timothy and Catherine. Neither could I see a baptism for any children born to the couple. This could be because these events took place at a time and in a parish that predates parish records. There are a few baptism records for Timothy in and around 1817 - you could take a look and see if you can narrow the search. You can subscribe to Rootsireland fo €25 per month and in your case it might be a useful exercise to have  a look - most of the Timothy baptisms focus on Co. Cork.

You could also have a look on genealogy.ie on the off-chance he is listed there (that site is free).
