  • Hi Bill,

I had a look on ancestry and findmypast but had no luck.

I tried www.rootsireland.ie births / baptisms and searched for Michael Lee 1823 + or - 3 years and got a baptism in 1821. However when the father's name Stephen was added there was no match.

Similarly, I tried births/baptisms for the siblings Patrick and John but there were no matches but there was 1 for Mary with father Stephen baptised in Cork in 1819.

rootsireland is a pay site. They have a 40 % sale on at the moment. If you purchase the record of Mary's baptism it will give you the parents' names and the parish in Cork of Mary's birth.

    I hope this helps
