    Hello again!

The only place you might find records would be at www.irishgenealogy.ie  There were three RC churches with records back to the 18th century: St. Finbarr's, St. Peter and Paul's and St. Mary's. There are gaps, however, with all three parishes. This link to the St. Mary's register http://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0041  also allows you to switch to the other parishes in Cork city but first try www.irishgenealogy.ie

Let me know if you have questions.
