Hi Richard,
There are 2 baptism records of William Dwyer born 1860 + - 5 years in Cork:
1862 & 1855
I checked the parish of the 1862 record & it's Imogeela so look like the right one
rootsireland charges for the record but it SHOULD give the father's name though sometimes doesn't
