Seeking connections to John Cocklan christened 1794, married 1813 in Kildorrery. His father was Daniel who married in 1791.

Hi Terry,
The Hayhurst family tree (contact murielsmith1) has John Cocklan's parents as Daniel Coughlan & Mary Hallaran; John's christening in Aghada Cork 6 July 1794 & marriage to Margaret Walsh 4 Feb 1813 Kildorrery.
www.rootsireland.ie/ has the record of the marriage of Daniel 'Coghlan' & Mary Hallaran in Cork 1791.
It costs to view the record but it will have the fathers' names and the parish to go back another generation hopefully.
There are 180 Coughlans in the Tithe Applotments (free to search online) and there is a Thomas in Kildorrery in 1834 there. There are no Cocklans.
