Maria/Mary Moffitt and Christopher Walsh

Maria Moffitt (my Grandmother) was born in the Mallow Workhouse 10 Aug 1902. I have a copy of her birth that lists her Mother as Maria Moffitt. I cannot find any information on Maria between her birth and a passenger list when she sailed from England to New York, USA in 1925. She listed a Mr. E? Hanlon, Tourlean, Bournforth, Mallow, Ireland as her stepbrother. I cannot find any information on an E (or C) Hanlon in Mallow either. An Uncle did say that Maria said her parents were named David Moffitt and Maria/Mary Devine. Anyone know of any Hanlon's in Mallow from that time period? Was there a Hanlon Family that ran a bakery? Maria Moffitt is my brick wall and I seem to go in circles trying to find information on her.
