Hello, I am new to this site and am trying to find my mother's family. This is going back to the late1800's in Cork. The names I have are Margaret Walsh born December 1891, and also Kathleen Walshe born 1884, daughter of Michael Walsh. I believe these two ladies are sisters. I do not have a mothers name for them, but I do believe they had a sister Norah who would be my mother's mother.   My own mother was taken into care when she was six years old in 1927 and has no idea what happened to her mother (Nora). It wasn't until she came to England in 1937 that she met her aunt Margaret who was by then married to an Englishman. I know that Kathleen and her father Michael were in the UK in 1913 (Kathleen's year of marriage). I know this is all very vague, but have been try to find someone, somewhere who can help me find my mother's origins. Looking forward to any response, Thank you

    There is a Catherine Walshe (Kathleen) baptised on 23-Feb-1883  Conna co.Cork  parents Michael Walsh  and  mother:Honora Brien, this Catherine also had a sister Honora who was baptised 15-Jun-1889 also in Conna, unfortunately there is no daughter Margaret.

    There is a Margaret Walshe baptised 13 December 1891 in Cloyne but her parents were Thomas Walshe and Mary Duffy,  Margaret did have a sister Honora who was baptised in Cloyne on 06-Jul-1890, but no sister Kathleen (Catherine)
