Dear mjnunan
Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out and apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
There is something of a division in terms of where you can look for Cork records. Some are available on www.irishgenealogy.ie (a free site) and the rest are available on other sites like rootsireland, familysearch or ancestry.com. Have you already tried these sources? You should also look at the Tithes and Griffith's Valuation:
Tithes: http://titheapplotmentbooks.nationalarchives.ie/search/tab/home.jsp
Griffith's Valuation: http://www.askaboutireland.ie/griffith-valuation/
Best wishes
