Searching for SHAW ancestors

Have you done any research to locate their townland or in which church they were married? Knowing this would help to define where to visit specifically. Under the research tab you'll find many links to help you find records for them. If you have trouble, please let us know.

Are you working with a travel agent? You might find some useful items at www.lisburn.com, both in terms of a local current directory of businesses, places, etc. but they also have a great History section.

Wendy, William Shaw is also my great, great grandfather. I would like to talk with you, and also live in New Zealand - Southland - close to where William Shaw farmed. You have more information about him than I have. My great grandmother was Charlotte Stevenson (nee Shaw).
