My ancestors now live in England but we traced a SAMUEL ARD born in Kilkeel 1877, son of Henry Ard / Ann Ard Colgan but we cant find any other information on Henry and Ann at all. It seems that from before that record they didnt exist and i dont know if they originate from Ireland or came over from Scotland and am also trying to find the Clan/Family they came from.
Any help at all will be appreciated

Henry Arde married Ann Colgan 22nd August 1860 in Killeavy.

Thank you for that but is it the same couple as this ard is with an e....arde and did they have a son in kilkeel called samuel as another henry and ann had 3 children in kilbroney .? do you know any more any further back please.
