Hi,
I'm trying to Trace my Irish ancestors. I've started with my great grandad Edward Edge and his wife Elizabeth, if found the record of the marriage in 1909 but I'm trying to go back further and perhaps find his military career but I'm not sure if I'm going the wrong direction. Some one replied to my previous message but for some reason I can't find the message to ask them for the help they offered.

I responded to your original January 30th message. If you look down at the bottom of this page, you can see the title of the message in bold. Click on the title and you will get your message and my comments. I can't help you with the military service for Edward Edge. You would need to use Ancestry or some other genealogy data base to look for his records.
