Patrick May, son of Patrick and Mary (or Anna?), was born in Skerries about 1865 - 1868. His father, a mariner, was lost at sea very near the time of his birth although the year is not confirmed (1868?). Patrick went to America as a boy about 1880-1884 and arrived at Philadelphia. Thank you for your help.
