My gr-gr-grandmother Sarah Crevey was from Garden Hill, born ca1820.  Her mother was Margaret, and she had siblings Thomas, George, William, and Margaret.  Thomas was a ribbon man and was transported to Tasmania.  Sarah came to Canada, William to the USA; he was last heard of in Missouri in 1868.  They were Catholics, but there was a George Cravey who was an elector in Rossory parish, next to Cleenish, in 1751, and all electors at that time were Protestant.  I can't imagine an Irish Catholic family naming a son George unless it was a family name.
