I am searching for a John Elliott who married Jane Corrigan, they had one daughter Thomas and a daughter Mary, they came from Enniskillen. Thomas was born around 1840. I don't know the profession of John Elliott or any other dates.
Hope you can help me.

Roots Ireland does not have any church records (RC, C of I or Presbyterian) for Enniskillen. If by chance your family was RC then here is a link to the parish register and baptisms start in 1838 http://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0308
The 1862 Griffiths Valuation for Enniskillen showed a number of John Elliott records,
