Hi I'm looking for information about William "Willie" Connelly (b 1880 at Lehid, Kilbennan parish, Co Galway) and Mary Cosgrove of County Mayo, and their descendants. They are in the Census of 1911 at Lehid (see below). They married around 1904. I cannot find the marriage at irishgenealogy.ie ! It would be so helpful to pinpoint where Mary Cosgrove/Cosgrave is from in Mayo and who her father is so that I can connect with records there.
Here's the 1911 census information for the family at Lehid, Kilbennan, Galway (near Tuam):
House 22. John Connolly age 70. Son William age 30. Daughter in law Mary born in Co Mayo, age 30. Married for 7 years. Grandchildren: Patrick (6), Mary (4) and Winifred (1) Connolly, all born. Galway. Grandson John Kenny age 13 born in America.
Mary went to Chicago in 1926 and married James Looney. I never found additional information on Patrick or Winifred, after a negative search for marriages and deaths in Ireland.

Thank you so much, Eileen! I also use Irishgenealogy.ie whenever I can and found these items. It is the Cosgroves/ Cosgraves who remain a mystery. Supposedly Mary Cosgrove was born in Mayo in 1880. The marriage should be around 1900-1904. I have never been able to find it, to get her father's name.

I found the marriage of William Connelly and Mary Cosgrave in the bride's parish, 26 Mar 1903, Kilvine Parish, Co Mayo. This one clue has opened the door on finding Census, land and other records for the Cosgraves in Mayo. Thanks to anyone who has more info on these families.
