I am looking for help with the Colp St Columba records,  I am looking to find Information on a Patrick McNally that I find in the 1835 Tithe but can not find others in the House.  My GGG grandfather Patrick McNally and wife unknown (died at sea during immigration) came to the US between 1840 and 1848.  Patrick as we have it was born in 1810 and died here in 1870.  They had Anna b. 1832, Mary b. 1833, James b. 1836, Peter b. 1838.  It is also believed there was a brother John and an additional sister.  I am looking to find if the Patrick McNally I have found in Colp is the correct one.  The only hint we have been able to find on any of the records in the US is Peter's obituary listed "Draw Head" Ireland and we found that to be Drogheda.  Does anyone know how to go about getting records from Church that closed in 1996?

Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out! I am in Tuam and will help if I can.

I'm a bit confused - can you explain why you think the McNally family came from Tuam, you also mentioned Drogheda which is the other side of the country? What evidence do you have to support the Tuam connection?
