Does anyone have or may be willing to look into background info on the families of Mary Sugrue, b. in Glaantane, and Michael Sullivan, b. about 1820, no location given, who were married 25 Feb 1854 at Prior R.C.Parish? I am related to them by DNA, but I don't know exacely how. I noticed that Prior Civil Parish in 1834 census includes the family of my grandmother Margaret O'Shea's family. They were O'Sheas and Curranes from Inchobuoy (near Maister Gaiothy, pls. excuse the spelling) in Canuig/Iveragh.) Her parents were Patrick Shea and Julia Currane. I have looked into my extensive Sullivan family records and have ruled out the direct ancestors of Margaret's husband, Michael Patrick Sullivan, born Upper Behehagne, Kilcrohane RC Kerry, in 1885. The only Michael Sullivan born in the 1820s into that family emigrated, married and is buried in America. This Michael Sullivan is buried in Prior. Could someone one check the records to see if there are O'Sheas or Curranes are connected to the Sugrues or or her husband Michael?
