Not sure which parish my grandfather Michael F Keegan was from in Leitrim. I have a birth date of Oct 10,1870 for him. I would love to be able to get a birth certificate for him so I could use it toward obtaining Irish citizenship. His parents were Martin Keegan and Bridget McAvey. Michael emigrated to the US in about 1884 and died in the US in May of 1911. Hope to be able to visit there in a year or two and would love to see if there were any relatives there and see the area.
