I am tyring to find out what happened to the farm in Clooncumber which per 1911 census was owned by William Hunt (1869-1956) and his wife Susan (nee Thompson 1879 - ?)).
This is one of my ancestral farms and it would be great if I could get a photo of it if it still stands.

Valuations office in Dublin (http://www.valoff.ie) will have a record of the land registry from 1855 to modern times. This will assist in seeing what happened to any land that a family may have had (as it usually passed on to a relation).
Remember to post as much information as you can with regard to the people you are researching. The more information you post, the more likely it is that one of our volunteers will be able to advise or assist you. Also include information concerning which sources you may have already used so others may further your search.
