    Welcome back!

The earliest baptismal record for a Henry McAuliffe was in 1823 in the Newmarket RC parish in Co. Cork. See below. There are no records in Co. Limerick back to that time period. Based on the writeup, you would expect that your Henry was born around 1819. Here is the link to the Galbally register http://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0264   Records start in 1810 in case you want to review the register. I did not see a Thomas McAuliffe baptismal record in Newmarket around 1820 or so.

  • Hi Michael

There were McCauliffe's in Galbally around 23 Feb 1835 as Patrick had what looks like a Henry baptised . Mother looks like Mary Fullerton http://registers.nli.ie/registers/vtls000632716#page/33/mode/1up

There were McCauliffe's in the next parish of Emly and nearby Tipperary town  - it might be worth checking them registers out as well
