around 1845 Mary Ann Earley (Hurley) was born said to be Bantry Bay or Limerick to Patrick by 1865 she had married Charles Samuel Watkins in Paddington London.

  • Hi Barry

There are no Mary Earlys born around 1845 on www.rootsireland.ie/

However there are quite a few Mary Hurleys but only 1 baptism record with father Patrick: Maryanne Hurley 1842 Limerick & the parish is St John's R C

You need to purchase credit to view the records on rootsireland but it MAY have the mother's name also.

  • I have family say so that says she was either Bantry Bay or Limerick born but finding her before her marriage in Paddington has always been problematic.

Even if that one you found is correct I have no way of proving it as she was illiterate and somewhat questionable concerning her age. Probably because she didnt know herself

    Thanks for what you found
