Help with Griffiths Valuation map please - John Cleary of Blossomhill in Rathkeale parish

In the 1852 GV my ancestor John Cleary is shown at Blossomhill, with a house, "offices" and garden, on 2 roods.  I think the map reference is 9Ac.  When I click on the map I can find 9, but not a 9A or 9Ac.  This map is the black and white one for this part of Blossomhill and I don't know whether its because the map itself is a lot older than the 1852 records.

Can anyone more familiar with the map or Blossomhill see if they can narrow down exactly where on the map the house may have been?

He was a farmer on Eyre Lloyd's estates for many years, and had 10 children who all survived to adulthood and who all migrated to Australia.  In time, John and his wife joined the rest of the family in Australia.  It has been an exciting journey finding out about these Cleary's, and ultimately only made possible by DNA proof that we had the right bunch of people.
