Every time (three times so far) I log onto this site, I type in my password and get a message saying it is incorrect. I get an email asking me to select a new password - I always select the same password as the original one I selected - then I can log on. Why is this happening? I am absolutely certain I am putting in the correct password, but the site refuses to accept it without going through the same routine (incorrect pasword, send email, select new pasword, then voila, I'm on). Please help!

    This is a response to a much earlier post, but Claire could you possibly help me in the same way you did above, or a similar way? I keep having to reset my password, but cannot find where to create a new password after it is reset.
