  • Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!

www.goldenlangan.com has cemetery records for Mayo parishes. Based on what I see, this is the cemetery where Thomas was likely buried but I don't see a record for Thomas O'Boyle.  http://goldenlangan.com/graves-km.html

  • Hi:  I have been researching my Irish great-grandparents, Patrick Gallagher & Catherine Flanagan Gallagher of Crossmolina, County Mayo, Ireland.  Another researcher has just forwarded to me the message you posted in 2009 seeking information about the O'Boyle, Rowland and Flanagan families of Crossmolina.  It seems to me very likely that we are related: your Bridget Gallagher O'Boyle Rowland was the sister of my grandfather, Thomas Gallagher.  Like you, I would love to learn more about their roots in the Crossmolina area before they left for Scranton, PA in 1887.
Please respond if you are interested in sharing information.  Thanks in advance.
