I couldn't find Matthew's birth/baptism record on www.rootsireland.ie/ or Family Search.

If he was RC, the National Liobrary has Trim baptisms but they don't start till 1829.

His marriage is on rootsireland but annoyimgly does not have any info that you don't have!
