I am planning my first trip to Ireland in early October. I have Gallaher ancestry traced to Killaghtee Parish. I believe my ancester (great great great grandfather) was James Gallaher who was born in 09 MAR 1759 • Killaghtee Parish, Donegal, Ireland. Died in USA 8 February 1854 • Burnside Township, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania, United States. I do not know who his parents were or other information about him while living in Ireland. I don't know how old he was when he came to the USA. I am new to ancestry investigations, and would be happy for any information or suggestions. Thank You. Christine Drommond
