Looking for information on George Herbert Deering, born in Clones County Monaghan, June 21, 1902. He is my biological grandfather, but disappeared in Edmonton, Canada in 1937 and has not been seen since. His Father was Joseph Alexander Deering and mother Elizabeth (Lizzie) Madill.

I couldn't find much on the Deerings I'm afraid.
www.rootsireland.ie/ does not have a marriage record of Joseph & Elizabeth
You might want to have a look at the Irish Censuses of 1901 & 1911 which are freely available online. There are 8 Deerings in Clones Monaghan in the 1901 including Josephs and 15 in 1911 also with Josephs
You've obviously checked ancestry thoroughly

Herbert George was my grandfathers brother.
He came back from Canada many years ago as my father who is now 74, remebers him coming to see him and his brothers when they were children at their home in Aghareagh,Drum which was the Elizabeth Madills home farm.
