I am from Thornton Colorado USA and am trying to locate information on my great-grandmother Kate Gately. I belive she was born in Roscommon on 12 June 1852. I do not know if that is Roscommon County or the town itself. She immagrated in 1867 to New York. She married Tom Fetherston who is from Ballinlough. He immigrated in 1864. He was born 1 Dec 1842 to John and Margeret Egan Fetherston. Any information would be helpful and greatly appreciated.

From my knowledge there were no Gately families in Kiltulagh Parish (Balinlough area).
There are three Fetherston grave plots in Granlahan Cemetery,
Thomas d. 1930 & his wife Julia d. 1957 from Derryvung.
Michael of Manchester & locally Milltown d. 1985 & his wife Annie d. 2000.
Wiliam of Milltown d. 1981
