Hi Roger, Thank you for your information.....I have seen the Ballykilcline information.  A lady I share dna with said those are our relatives.......but, other relatives say they are not sure.  That name Keigher is spelt so many different ways like Keher, Keighry, even Kerr.  I am not sure if I will ever find out about the Mcdermotts.......are you in Roscommon? Just wondering how you could look up Keighers in Elphin parish and so fast?  Thank you for your help!  Cheers, Lynn Coleman (nee Reilly)

    I used the Roots Ireland indexes. Roots only had 1 Catherine Keigher (or variant) in their data base and it was an 1872 baptism not in Elphin. There were four Catherine Kerrs but none in Elphin.

    I live in the USA.
