Ballymurray is a townland in the civil parish of Kilmeane. Kilmeane is within the registration district of Roscommon which covers about twelve different civil parishes. That explains why the Ancestry record showed Roscommon, Roscommon. Below is the index record. You can get a copy from the General Register Office for around four euros. The record will show the names of the fathers of the bride and groom and where the bride and groom lived in 1866. Let me know if you need instructions on getting the record.

Here are the instructions for getting a copy of a civil record: Go to this link   https://www.welfare.ie/en/Pages/Apply-for-Certificates.aspx    Fill out the form to the best of your ability and include the info from the index record. Make sure you only ask for a copy. You have to mail the request to Ireland (address provided when you print the form). You can ask GRO to e-mail the copy back. I provide a credit card number and have not had any issues.

I am back to ask if anyone has advice on finding the mother's name for Nicholas Reid and Mary Keegan.  I have searched on RootsIreland to no avail.

Did Nicholas and Mary emigrate from Ireland? If they did possibly the death records in their new country might show the parents info. Irish death records do not show parents names.

Another possibility is DNA testing. Possibly you would match someone who has a lot more info on the family and may have a family tree posted.

Thank you!  I don't believe they emigrated.  Their daughter, Mary Jane, did, but I don't think they did.  I have done DNA testing both through Ancestry and 23andMe.  There is one person who is researching someone we think may be a Reid relative, but he has less information than me, unfortunately!  Ah, I'll just keep digging.  Even the Berlin Wall eventually came down!
