Researching my GGgrandparents who were married in Toowoomba Queensland Australia in 1865, they were both from Roscommon
Francis Flanagan b 1840 to James Flanagan and Catherine Kelly
Bridgett Gallagher b 1844 to Patrick Gallagher and Mary White who were married 3/5/1835 Strokestown, witness to marriage Bernard Hanly and Mary Teman/Tieman.
Bridgett's sibling Phillip Michael immigrated to USA, they had another sister Maria.

Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
I searched on Roots Ireland and unfortunately I did not get any baptismal records for Francis Flanagan and Bridget Gallagher nor did I find any sibling records. They obviously belonged to parishes that no longer have records back to the early 1840s.
I also looked at the 1855 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for Co. Roscommon and there were too many James Flanagan and Patrick Gallagher records in Roscommon to isolate a possible record. Also, there were many Roscommon families who left Ireland for America/Canada/England/Australia/New Zealand during the Great Hunger (late 1840s).
Have you considered autosomal DNA testing?

Thank you Roger, yes I have done DNA testing, so fingers crossed a match will surface. Regards Kathy
