I am new to posting so I am doing this wrong, I apologize, but, I am attempting to locate information on a family that I believe to have lived in Roscommon County in the 1960's (and prior) by the last name of Sharkey. I believe the family had three or four sons but I know they had a daughter by the name of Ann Collette Sharkey, born March 1947, who I believe moved to England in the 1960's. Any information would be appreciated. Once again, apologize for multiple postings, learning the system.

I looked at the civil birth records for Co. Roscommon. The closest record was the one shown below in 1941. The mother's surname for this record was Coughlin. You can get a copy of this record from the General Register Office for around 4 euros. If you want to get a copy let me know and I will forward instructions.
