I went to sign in to the former Ballingarry message boards a few months ago and was sad to see that it had been taken down for lack of use, apparently. There were several informative postings about the history and people of Ballingarry, including a few about possible connections to my McNevin/Nevin/Navan ancestors in the parish. I wonder if anyone knows if the information was archived anywhere. The site seemed to have good information about local news and resources. I just visited the area and would have enjoyed being able to utilize some of the local information, it was useful, especially since there are several parishes by the name of Ballingarry.
