I am looking for any information, or living descendants of the following family. Peter was my paternal great-great-great grandfather.

Peter Cleary m Maria Faley (Fahey?) cNov 1836 Ss Peter and Paul, Clonmel. Son Richard was born 1837 and christened in SS Peter and Paul on 25 November 1837 (d Altrincham, Cheshire 1886). Possibly son Edward b1849. Peter died in the Clonmel workhouse sometime in 1882. I am led to believe that the family were carpenters.

Richard married Margaret Lloyd (1841–1874) on 15 April 1863, again at SS Peter and Paul and had a son, Patrick on 18 March 1864. Between Patrick’s birth and that of my great-grandfather, also Richard in West Derby, Liverpool in October 1865, the family emigrated to England, where another son, James was born in 1868. The family moved to Altrincham, Cheshire sometime before the 1871 census and had two further children there, Mary (b1872) and Margaret (b1874).

Thanks

Steve Cleary
