Hello, Looking for any relatives or information on John Hagney (spelled Haigney from baptism records researched from an researcher i Ireland), born about 1829 in Parish Emly, County of Tipperary to Patrick and Catherine. I believe he emigrated to USA/New York City around 1850. I am aware of a sister named Mary, born around 1826 and a brother named Denis born around 1834.

The Emly RC church records are not on Roots Ireland. However, the parish register is online http://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0262 and record start around 1810. I would suggest you search the register to see if you can find additional family records.
