The Lough Derg Blueway encourages additional tourism through the provision and promotion of water and land based outdoor activities in the Lough Derg area. Craft, heritage, culture, music, land and water based outdoor activities, accommodation and dining service providers, are all encouraged to drive the development of the Blueway initially by taking part in one of the free workshops.
